You have to take a class, they’ve been full for months. You have to pass it, you have to then pass a FBI background check. Good luck passing that, commie fuck, then wait at least 30 days to receive it in the mail.
Virginia May have different laws, but you still have to get past the class and FBI... I don’t see it.
