Compare the common cold-19 response in the hands of Donald vs the Governors. Handing out brown bags and spotlight opportunites has had a much bigger impact on draining the swamp than pushing the buttons himself.
What I don't understand is why there aren't any openly TDW or ∞chan candidates.
