It started with Alejandro Villanejuva last week and more joined in today covering up the name placed on their helmets and putting military and police officer names on instead. I still have refused to watch a minute of it, but this makes me happy and even though I hated the Steelers, patriotism is more important to me so much respect to them for being the first to really openly revolt against this woke mind virus.

Notice that Hollywood isn't having their actors do a two-minute lecture before the movie begins, even though they're ardent supporters of the 'cause.' Amazon isn't making you pledge allegiance to those hate groups before you can buy. Microsoft isn't requiring you to click a box before your computer starts up. Nabisco isn't printing "BLACK LIVES MATTER" on the inside of the cookie boxes.
Why do these points matter? Because this insane display of woke-whatever before the game is what has caused so many people to stop watching. If I wanted a political lecture, I'd go enroll in a university. If I wanted to hear about social justice issues, I'd do my own research. Just as much as people say, "Believe in whatever God you want, just don't force it on me," and "what you do in your bedroom is fine with me, but don't bring it out in public and expect me to accept it," the same holds true here.
This kneeling and alternate national anthem that no one ever heard of, the names of verifiable criminals on helmets, "BLM" logos painted on the field, all of that was never a part of the NFL until they all went along with Kapernick. And then it was too late, they were all in. Today you kneel for the anthem instead of placing your hand over your heart. Tomorrow you put your fist in the air and chant "Black Lives Matter" while some asshole with a bullhorn flips over the table containing the $100 dinner you were eating.
FUCK the NFL for the damage they have perpetrated and perpetrated on our country. There was a time when star athletes were role models for children. Now they are false gods, and their fall from their SJW Olympus is coming.

The NFL is irredeemable for me. They've overtly pushed their marxist ideology since the Dallas cop assassinations in Aug 2016. That's when I stopped watching. There nothing the organization can say or do that will ever bring me back. There has to be lasting consequences for this kind of corporate behavior or it will never stop.
