Seems like a good case for courts because who are they to decide that just because you voted Biden you also want Hillary. Just my thoughts. Not sure how they could pull it off.
Yea the lawsuits would be like watching a fireworks show. Just imagine if Trump had died less than 60 days before the election and they replaced him with Mittens. How many people here would find "well you voted R so we'll just give your vote to Romney" acceptable?
The longer they keep Biden around the less likely this is to happen. The Dem support base is already in shambles and swapping him out with somebody completely new isn't going to immediately win over many swing voters.
Besides, who are they going to get? Hillary's already lost twice. They won't touch Bernie with a 10' pole and the remaining primary candidates save for maybe Tulsi or Yang (who they've already rejected) have even less enthusiasm behind them than Biden does.
What about the millions of ballots sent out whiteout her name and the millions of early votes already cast?
