it would constitute a breach on Spotifys part, and allow him to keep the 100 million. Seeing as Joe would have great representation for this contract, I'm sure he has a content, creation, and distribution clause, which if spotify decided to start editing his content he can exit with no need to repay. and go back to making new content.

I didn't see anything in this particular article that states that but I'll take your word for it. The article intentionally leaves it open ended whether he apologized for the Fire starting statement because of the FBI's recent statement or because of internal pressure from Spotify's woke mob.

he probably made a statement that could be construed as Libelous, and Spotify doesn't want to to get sued by BLM / ANTIFA or anyone else that has been implicated in the riots and criminal acts that have taken place
