The ruling is the exact opposite of what you claim. Governor Pritzker had a cap of 50 people in gatherings, and EXEMPTED churches from this cap. That was the issue at hand. The ruling simply states that the governor is free to exempt religious activities from the cap and that does not make the rest of his order invalid. It recognized that religious activity was a different topic held to different standards, and said the argument was invalid.
