With RBG's death, the court is (supposedly) 5 - 3 conservative. So why the big push on RBG's seat all the sudden to "balance the court"? It will still be 5 - 4, right? They know that Roberts is in their pocket, making it 5 - 4 liberal, which is why they are panicked now, but not so much before.

Roberts never stops pandering to the left. Maddening.
Roberts was installed by W. Tells you all you need to know. I still can't believe I used to love him. I did not know then what I know now.
Not sure why political decisions don't force a step down and do over. Donald needs to change that by order because I'd never want to take anything to them at this point.
