If Trump nominates a Justice, does Harris come off the campaign trail?

When Trump nominates a Justice.

There will be committee hearings, right?

Harris will have to go to DC in order to be in those hearings. She was front and center of Kavanaugh, wouldn't she be present during the upcoming ones as well?

RBG not retiring gave Trump a gift.

They should hold the committee on the day of the debates...

So Harris simply cannot substitute.
