I wish this was real--I've been advocating for it for years. I've known so many dudes shackled to exes that wouldn't spend a damn dime on the child but kept buying new things for themselves or lived way beyond their means while the father was struggling to still support himself.

The even bigger kick to the balls is when some of those hwhoores (read in Frank Reynold's voice) run off and abandon the kids with the father but aren't forced to pay child support.
