This seems like text book treason charges. But I can almost guarantee he won’t get charged with treason.

If it's NY or it's the FBI, I immediately suspect the opposite of what is reported. In this case, it's both.

There are more Chinese on our side than one may be led to believe.

The day after Trump won, and for weeks after, a lot of professionally landscaped, but empty, houses in Rich neighborhoods around Louisiana had moving vans, and Asian families in the yard directing their furniture inside.

The buzz was that they feared a crack down back across the pacific under the CCP, and they wanted to get their families out. The USA is one of the few places where an investment in property is a good place to protect your money from communist seizure. But now they wanted to protect their children too.

That was almost four years ago. I bet China is feeling the financial pinch for real by now, and panic moves are happening. The way to tell is if the house is occupied by the Chinese family shortly after sale. Otherwise it's just another form of offshore money storage.

In the case of this widely publicized Chinese NYPD officer, I bet you he was someone who got his family out, believes in America, and the CCP reached out to their agents in the FBI to make an example out of him. Good smoke screen for the real CCP agents, and makes America feel like they are safer.
