Nominate and confirm Trump SCOTUS Justice #3.

Slam the door shut on stacking the court, by requiring unanimous consent to add a justice beyond the 9 we currently have, as a Senate rule.

Open the door and slam it again, by requiring all Senate law rules to be passed by the percentage of the Senate said rule would affect (Need 100 Senators to elect a judge? Now you need 100 Senators to change that rule. 60 Senators to bypass a filibuster? Now you need 60 Senators to change that rule).

Open that door again and lightly slam it by bringing back the judicial filibuster at the end of Trump's third term.

Make the Democrats regret threatening anything. Take every single weapon away from them when they threaten to use it, use it to the extent it hurts them, break said weapon, and give them the broken pieces. Articulate clearly and firmly, that threats will be met with the exact thing the Dems don't want to see -- another promise that they will never have power again.

How bout them red pills? WHAT YOU GONNA DO, RIOT ABOUT IT? DECLARE AND LOSE ANOTHER CIVIL WAR? IS ANYONE TIRED OF WINNING YET?

I kinda like the idea of having more justices though. 1 justice is easily corrupted, but 1000 is much harder.

I don't know if I can get on board with that. The issue is that proper deliberation gets diluted with too many people -- 1 person is definitely too few, 1000 is probably too many.

As the extreme example, what if we just put literally every US citizen in the court? It defeats a main purpose of the court, which is to help prevent tyranny of the majority.
