I flustered this girl at work who was describing the show to me and how good at was. I literally didn't know what it was about at the time and asked " oh, is it about Islam?".
They made me read the book in school. Perv teacher. Anyway, the character Offred lives in a dystopia where most people are infertile. She is given to a rich man named Fred to have his kid. She has a baby with the driver (pretends it's Fred's). Fred's wife takes the baby. And the rest of the book is just Offred wanting her baby back.
How is that PRO-abortion? The main character just WANTS to keep her baby. Libtard commies are retarded.
Pro-abortion people claim they aren't pro-abortion. They claim they are only for a woman's right to control her body, and that pro-life people are only against women having control over their own body. (let's just pretend the baby's rights don't exist)
So the book is all about women's (lack of) rights to control their bodies = it's a pro-choice book.
It is accurate. Offred secretly screws Nick, the family chauffeur in the boooooook. Fred is probably shootin' blanks. They were gonna kill Offred for not having his baby. It's a stupid, shitty book. Nick is a main character. He's always washing Fred's fancy car and driving people around. I'm not sure how you missed him. He's in nearly half the chapters. And I wouldn't watch the tv version even if you paid me. :p
Edited to add more info, in case you didn't know him as "the driver". Maybe you thought he was a guard or something?
No she does not have a baby with Nick! She had a baby with Luke. That is the kid she is looking for in the book.
Nick is the low level Gilead officer that Offred bangs all the time. He is a gardener and driver (yes I forgot that).
Near the end of the book, Offred tells Nick that she believes she's pregnant, but she doesn't know if that is true. We never find out. She never has a baby other than the one she had years ago with Luke. "Fred's wife takes the baby" no that is not in the book!
You're speaking from a place of elvish privilege. Welcome orc diversity, you Noldorin bigot!
Hobbit lives matter
Thrall's life mattered.
Excuse you, but elves are an underprivileged minority too. Educate yourself.
Username most definitely checks out.
We were warned.
Orc Lives Matter
Orcs are an ur-male ego - bloodlust, power, hunger for glory. WTF is the matter with these little bitch-men who ruin everyones fun?

Um, according to the DailyMail, it's based on the "Christian sect that Amy Barrett belongs to."
...ya know, Catholicism.
The book is 100% based on the Iranian revolution.
Tell them to move to Pakistan to understand what it's really liked to be oppressed for being a woman.
Or Saudi Arabia. Or Iran.
Or go for a hike in the Atlas Mountains.

Leftist logic. 🙄
Ok. That makes sence in a retarded hysterical twisted logic.
Those same Karens are very, very pro-mask.
You read the book? That is not accurate. What driver? You must be talking about that series on hulu or something other than the original book.

Read it when it was first published. Didn't like it then. Really don't like the way it and it's author are used now as anti Christian propaganda.
