Aim at the vertical centerline of the body, starting at the pelvis and work your way up as needed, then finish with one to the head. A good shot to the pelvic girdle will drop a person instantly and the shock from a fractured/broken/shattered pelvis is immense. You can either leave them to bleed out, which is likely due to the proximity of major vessels and arteries, or finish them and move on. If you miss low you shoot their shriveled little balls off. Right or left will likely hit the femoral. Right at the top of the pelvis is where it all connects to the aorta (abdominal). And the kidneys and liver are right above that. If you are on the vertical centerline above the pelvis, you will paralyze them if they survive. And if you somehow miss all of that on your way up there is still the heart and lungs above that.
