I like the effort, but I'm always leary of "more laws" that can be used to beat us over the head with. The problem isn't the lack of laws to charge these people under. Its the fucking DAs not charging them! We don't need more laws we need them to enforce the current ones for fucks sake. Now Florida will enforce it, hence they haven't had a problem.
