12 years ago my girlfriend (now wife) was ultra-liberal. That slowly changed over the years. Now when they show AOC on TV she says "Why do they call her a congress woman? She's not. She's a bum off the street that got lucky"

I can't even imagine what it's like being married to a liberal at this point. What passes for moderate liberal at this juncture is borderline communist in any other era.

In fairness to her, I would have considered trump a liberal 12 years ago. I don't even think I could have come up with a word to describe AOC.
