The thing that concerns me about Barbara Lagoa is how many Democrats voted for her confirmation.
You don't get 80 Senate votes without some Democrat insider knowledge that they're anti-Trump or Never Trumpers.
ACB was dragged through a diluted version of the Kavanaugh hearings, specifically on abortion which is the Democrats' holy grail of judicial activism.
The nastier the Democrats are, the more she isn't deep state.
