The Democrat judges are all judicial activists, but the Republican nominees are forced to swear on a stack of Bibles they won't vote conservatively. Then the Democrats scream and throw mud and wrap things up by voting against them. That's for a normal show trial, not one where they stop the country for female CIA agents.
