The most we should do is provide education or information on where to plant crops to avoid droughts because of our superior technology. Providing them with food, unless some short term natural disaster, happened is horrible. We're creating a dependency on America that could cost a shit ton of lives if America can no longer provide for them. We also simply don't have the resources to keep this up forever. AND, we harm the American people by not giving the aid we give to foreigners to the poor and suffering of America. Why do we provide them with food when it only generates more poor and suffering. Let them do it on their own.
