Remember when Trump was campaigning in 2016 and Democrats were fear mongering that he was going to go change the constitution to seek power for himself, and tear apart our established institutions? He hasn't done that, but Democrats want to abolish the electoral college, increase the number of judges to pack the courts with more liberal judges, and change voting laws to make fraud easier by mail.

I thought they loved the idea of "minority voices" being heard but of course that is only based off skin color. If you are a rural person (which is a minority compared to an urban person) than they give you a big middle finger and say how your voice in the electoral college and senate is a result of "sLaVeHoLdErS".
This is why it's important to vote for Trump even if you live in a red state. Democrats saying "bUt ShE wOn ThE pOpUlAr VoTe" is a huge mental block and cope for them. Some, not all, but some dems may be willing to concede that Trump represents the people if it's clear that he wins both the electoral college and the popular vote.

Do you know how hard it is to get an amendment passed? It needs Democrats to control two thirds of both the House AND the Senate to be created and then 3/4 of all states (that's 38) have to ratify it, which means Democrat majorities in all their individual legislatures.
Given that the split between Democrats and Republicans is roughly even (give or take 10% either direction) and the number of times that one party has controlled 2/3 of House or Senate can be counted on one hand...in what possible world would Democrats pass an amendment that lets NY and LA rule the entire country?
