Call me naive, but I think at least 2 of the 3 Rinos will vote to confirm. None of them have said that they will vote no, only that they wanted the vote to occur later. Collins voted for Kavanaugh while Murkowski voted present, but I don't see them voting no against a woman nominee. Romney I think is a lost cause because he is a douche. Really I think Collins and Murkowski are trying to avoid the obnoxious left by pretending that they are against it by claiming the timing is wrong.

Manchin a democrat voted for Kavanaugh, and he might do it again, same with Doug Jones in Alabama. I wouldn't be surprised if Trump's nominee gets 54 votes.

Manchin's not up for reelection this time, though. He was back during the Kavanaugh hearings. Cruz has already theorized that he doesn't even plan on running next time, after he voted for conviction during impeachment.
