Yep, gibberish filler, used everywhere in all sorts of applications.
And it would be a very bad idea walking around anywhere in SF seeking the Trump Shop. (Excuse me, Xir, would you tell me where...) Doubly so, the Tenderloin. Suspicious? Yeah! May I suggest the online store, instead?
The store itself is legit, bought a shirt today, looks very nice, I'll keep wearing it wherever.
The store had the website URL on a banner in front of the store, so is this normally a web-based business with a few physical locations? (I refrain from buying things online)
To be clear, I drove past a former big box store in Davenport, Iowa that is now a Trump Store, and I picked up a good shirt and I love wearing it. The guy said they have other locations in other cities in Iowa, but that's not where I live. So, I really need a list of current locations, because their www.TheTrumpShops.com website doesn't link to locations.
This is actually a brilliant idea; it's a lot like those "temporary" Halloween stores that set up shop in some old big-box store, at least until Election Day. I'd like to know more of these locations.
The Latin text you are seeing is easily explained. It's called Lorem Dipsum and is used in graphic arts as a place holder text. It's nothing to be alarmed by.
As for the website you linked. I don't know if it is legit. Here is the link to the official online Trump site.

In case anyone is interested, it's an excerpt from Cicero's "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil).
Ain't the internet nifty?
