I think generally you'd stay quiet to prevent mis-statements, particularly on the part of the client. But this is an unusual case in that it appears to be a politically driven prosecution.

It isn't unlikely that a hit will be put on Kyle. Judges are using Covid as an excuse to throw out due process standards. Any Soros-backed appointee in the prison or justice systems is a threat to Kyle's safety.

The strategy may be to publicly present a preponderance of evidence in Kyle's favor--driving the prosecutors and media to drop the case.

Yeah, it's too political and we all know that in a political game they can pick any weird technicality they want because the average person isn't going to read transcripts from the hearings or look up the relevant laws.

So he needs some PR to get the truth out before some TDS-ridden judge decides that only conservatives aren't allowed to defend themselves.
