Every EPR written in my squadron was fraudulent and/or packed with nonsense. Every "minority" was on a shaving waiver, a PT waiver, or had reduced standards compared to the average White Male airman. They were untouchable even if they were problem children. We had black females with enormous weaves piled onto their heads which they perched the uniform hat on top of. I never saw any of our female NCOs at PT, ever. Ever. I tried to write paperwork on a female that went awol for a day, and wound up with an article 15 for raising my voice and making her feel "threatened". Eventually that was tossed, but the female was protected and her infraction was covered up because she was "a promising airman who made a mistake". Meanwhile every young white male dipshit who slipped up was thrown under the bus.

My squadron certified women and non-whites who failed to meet the standards for certification according to the official air force task certification guidelines. If we meticulously documented the ways in which they failed to meet the standards we were removed as trainers and senior NCOs took over and rated them. White men who failed to meet standards were immediately hustled out of the career field with no questions asked and no recourse.

We lost several airmen to rape/harassment investigations that resulted in no charges and no findings, but had them treated like criminal garbage for 6 months or more while it was underway. They took the opportunity to early seperate under "force shaping" initiative.

My conclusion is that the air force and possiby the entire armed forces were in the process of removing white males entirely or as much as possible from an entire generation of leadership. Purpose of which I do not know, but if I had to speculate it would be for eventual action against white male americans on US soil. I have no doubt that a bunch of women and "minority" military members could be more easily convinced to push buttons and follow orders to kill "terrorists" in the USA. This fits the narrative of the ever present "White supremacist" threat pimped by the media and glowjoggers.

If they go for genuine blind promotions, normally two things happen. One, people learn how to game the system, and two, it gets reversed after a while because it brings the opposite of what was intended (which is not genuine equality but affirmative action.)

Lol he knows the only way he can justify his promotion is to raise up more unqualified airmen to share the guilt with.
