Programs to help should be run on a much more local level. Charities that know the load that they can manage, churches, some local government assistance. How the heck is a federally or even state run program supposed to really care if its being abused? They dont know and dont care.

You know who focuses a lot on the family unit, prioritizing education, and being industrious at work?
Asian Americans, Indian Americans, Jews.
Those are historically oppressed, but astoundingly successful minority groups in our great nation.
You've clearly never worked alongside them to any large degree. They don't work hard, they cheat and practice nepotism without a hint of remorse.
