Many servants are not allowed to leave voicemails due to something called PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and that is part of a job I do.
The best solution for now is to have an automated answering service. I'm actually looking into them, seeing if any are available with white and blacklists.
That does not work with PII, as with what I do I have been ordered to not leave messages. I wish they would send out a warm contact voicemail and text message though, would reduce a crappy part of my job.

I voted against it- but IIRC they did a double pork thing where they attached something else to it that was framed as a moral good- but it's fuzzy. It was one of the hardest elections for the obtuse language used throughout all the amendment issues. I had to re-read some of them like 4-5 times to parse all the legalese and double/triple negatives.
This is why I vote against almost every initiative. Regardless they are always there to increase the size of the government, but dumb peons enjoy paying more taxes almost every time.

However the legislature stepped in and said complete means all fines and restitution must be paid. They sued and said it a poll tax and luckily Florida SCOTUS said not so fast.
