There is a legal concept know as "fighting words" that you need to be aware of though (depending on the local laws/precedents). If you initiate a fight with "fighting words" you may not be viewed with the same victim status (when the offended-by-words party assaults you) as you would be if the assault were completely unprovoked. Taylor worked as an EMT for 5 months. She was terminated long before her death and listed as “do not rehire”.

Taylor worked as an EMT for 5 months. She was terminated long before her death and listed as “do not rehire”.
I read the official report a while ago so I may have some things wrong.
Breonna Taylor had jail calls which showed that she was knowingly involved in a drug operation.
Police had been tracking her and her bf at the time for over a year.
Police legally obtained a warrant for three locations, including breonnna taylors house. 2 of them were raided hours before and multiple suspects were safely arrested (this fact ruins the narrative that cops were incompetent and just shooting blindly).
The final house on the warrant was Breonna Taylor's.
Again, her house was on the warrant and they had reasonable cause to believe that breonna taylor was involved. They had been tracking Breonna Taylor for over a year, they set up cameras on her block and watched criminals moving between her house and a known trap house for month.
