Instead of pandering to blacks, treat them to equality and hold them to the same lofty standards that we expect from everyone else?

Instead of your approach of diving deep into research and looking for excuses why blacks fail in the Land of Opportunity, simply treat them as equals because they have the same agency and you and I: they aren't infants or retards or your pets. Black adults are as responsible for their achievements and poor life choices as you and I.
