How would a constitutional amendment get passed? What's the process to get that done? That should be one of the things on top of the list to get done to keep the democrats from shitting all over our constitution.
I'm hoping Republicans take over the house, keep the senate and Trump gets re-elected. Hopefully Republicans take over locally as well (governors, mayors, city council, DA's, etc). A Red Tsunami.
Republicans should pass a law prohibiting more than 9 Supreme Court judges if they take back the house next year.

That's already the law. The only way to make it stronger is to pass a constitutional amendment.
