That goes for every amendment. But it’s extremely hard to get an amendment passed by design. And one that limits the amount of Supreme Court justices is not only essential, but one that I think a huge majority of Americans would support.
1st generation landed immigrants should not hold office. I don't care where you're from whether it's Sweden, Somalia or Japan, if you were born there you shouldn't be allowed to hold office in America and decide upon our policies and laws.
With that logic I wouldn't be able to vote. On my mother's side I have lineage going back far enough but on my father's side I don't (my father was the first one born in the USA). On which side of my family would we be counting?
Also, my wife is a naturalized citizen and more based than anyone I know. She came from a communist country and spotted the communism in the democrat party long before I did (and I've hated the dems my entire life). If we banned recent immigrant voting we might lose more votes than the dems.
Yeah, not when the volume of immigrants is so high, our own culture is under attack, and the people coming in are likely to be indoctrinated with an anti-American view of America by the city people they first come in contact with.
birthright citizenship revoked, retroactive 16 years.
communist control act, expanded to more than just the communist party but to encompass any subversive Marxism.
Second amendment clarified: The right of the people to purchase, make, own, and use all martial weaponry, national security technology notwithstanding, is absolute. The government may enter no contract with a defense company who does not espouse and exercise these ideals.
Libel and slander for public officials is revoked. No more public persona clause that lets you say whatever you want.
Absolute revocation of press protections for any journalist who engages in bias. All mistakes will be assumed to be lies made with malicious intent until otherwise proven with an affirmative defense.
Absolute death penalty and total asset forfeiture for any individual or organization who lends any material support for any Marxist ideology.
Senate controls state level voting laws on federal elections.
Ban on voting when moving states for 10 years unless such move is for military service.
Voting age raised to 26, military service excepted.
any attempt to harbor or facilitate illegal immigration is considered an act of warring invasion and will be responded to as such. Any districts or cities will be considered rogue states.
freedom of speech is absolute in all publicly accessible domains.
You forgot voting rights via property ownership; if you're going to be extreme you can't rightly forget the one that matters most. Replace the Symptom-Treating number 8 with No Voting Without Net Positive Tax Receipts and/or Property Ownership and you've got a pretty good list going here.
I like that you’re asking questions. Often it’s just, “We need to do something,” then nothing else. We all know something needs to be done so asking questions and putting forth ideas is what we should be doing.
Yes, but what Constitutional amendment?
What would you do? What language would you use to "prevent this fuckery" that doesn't do more harm than good?
Limit the number of justices on SCOTUS to 9.
Can't really argue with that one, no.
Granted in our particular situation this makes perfect sense buttttt....
How easy is it for the people behind the scenes to get 9 blackmailed/corrupted people in a seat for their lifetime?
Anyone else get this weird feeling?
^This is probably the only reason to 'pack' the court.
If it comes apparent that Roberts is compromised, that could become an impetus to pack away.
You don't need to pack the court to offset bad judges, you just impeach them. It has already happened.

Roll it in with congressional term limits. It would pass without hesitation.
Dual citizens may not hold office.

Immigrants shouldn't be able to vote until 3-4 generations minimum, retroactively.
Also, halt all immigration and start discussions on repatriation...

I also forgot a prohibition on owning land or structures by any non citizen, or corporation operated by more than 40% noncitizens.
China is buying our country out from underneath us, like they did Vancouver.

The entire 1954 Communist Control Act, so it can be enforced without being ruled unconstitutional on 1st Amendment grounds.
