Unfortunately though with always having a tongue and ball installed: I have had to train myself not to walk so closely to the rear ends of trucks at work as well my own - I've been capped in the shin or knee too many times and those damn things hurt.

You get used to walking around it after the 8th or 9th time.
Then you forget and do it again 6 months later.
