I went to one of these attorneys when I was younger on the recommendation of my gf’s litigious sister. I actually backed into a car at a stop sign but the attorney argued it was the other way around. He sent me to a quack doctor that could see that I was in terrible pain (I wasn’t) the moment I walked into his office. I went to physical therapy for months which consisted of back massages and rub downs and got a check for about $16k in the end.

Yes. When I was young which was a long time ago.

If it makes you feel better, right after that a drunk driver slammed into the back of me and totaled my car and then took off before the cops got there and nothing ever happened to that guy.

I wonder if the authorities never caught the drunk driver because they were too busy dealing with bogus claims

Pack your bags folks, we’re going on a guilt trip.

It was like 30 years ago.

Also, the cops don’t deal with car accidents in California. You handle it through your insurance. They won’t even show up unless there was a crime committed like drunk driving hit and run.

Everything goes through attorneys and insurance companies. There is no lying to the court because it doesn’t go to court.

If that hacker POS 4 Chan doxed the rage driver tik toks from the RBG meltdown that would be terrible. Some of them could clearly face moving violations for their brave resistance.

Perhaps the resistance should wear a bang over their heads when they make these vids.

Trust me, I’ve paid for it in spades.
