They make me wear it at work. I can get away with not wearing it in most stores because the employees don’t give a damn. The only time I’ve been hassled is by other customers. The bigger issue is the business and livelihoods that have been destroyed by all this.
I don’t think OP is talking about a government shutdown. Pretty sure this is about the covid19 lockdowns.
I was talking about Covid as well. I should have specified.
Most of the country is in some type of lockdown. Where I live, there are mask requirements and limits on business capacity and the size of gatherings.
Depends on state and city. I haven't worn a mask since April. Yet its mandatory here.
