At my school, we have a government teacher who is vehemently against anything to do with conservatives. Whatever, people may have their opinions, but he will go out of his way to bash Trump (orange man bad!) during class. Not only that, but he is infamous for singling out students who show an ounce of support for the President and verbally harassing them in class. Considering recent events, a few of us have decided it is time to fight back and somehow punish him for his blatant bias. If anyone has any ideas on what to do, please respond. I have a feeling if he were biased in favor of Trump, he would have been fired...

Depending on your state laws, (one or two party state), record him and then bring the tapes to the principal. If that doesn't work, go to the school board. And if that doesn't work, go to either the state's Education Dept. and/or the media, as well as the nearest local Republican politician that's in office.
Former teacher here. I would immediately pull your child out of school, and document why you did it; include each incident, time and date. Threaten legal action. Send a letter to the principal and the administration. Home school, or put him or her in a private one as soon as you can. I would use your group and sue the district.
Document everything...date, time, place and comments ...record it on the down low if you can’t be seen writing it down..then research out where you can anonymously send it...keep copies of everything...collectively get a lawyer might be a wise move in case this asshole really goes after you... carry lawyers business card in your pocket and hand them out to him and administration if you need to leave school because of teacher’s actions. I’m betting a local conservative lawyer would give you a good deal ...but the most important thing right now it to document Audio Tape recording is the best

You could also wear Trump merchandise to school everyday and watch him explode, kick you out of class and bring the case up the ladder thru the school's governing body
