NO. In my area trashy looking women are finding pretty white teenage girls alone, in public, and jabbing them with a needle injecting them with something, then hauling them out of the store. Happened to a daughter of my mom's friend in the return line at walmart. The mom was waiting in the car and just happened to see them leading the kid out and apprehended them.
