Well, let's see... grew up on an AF base(s), dad was a fighter pilot (F-4, F-104), around the fighter pilot community all my life, went into the Army for 8 years as a crew chief. So, certainly not "jealous" of anything. Combat roles will be largely unmanned.
For example - the helicopter I worked on in the Army isn't even in the inventory any more. WHY? - The OH-58 was replaced by UAV's and drone swarms. BUT BUT human eyessssss... bullshit. Be better.

UAVs make sense for recon, dont compare that to actual combat lol.
the only future drones have is to act as missile platforms for 5th/6th gen fighters. No AI can make up for G-limits on airframes.
