It matters, they just literally want to be able to go about with their criminal lives with no police interference. If you read the phone transcripts from the leaked court documents even one of the guys mom is in on their trap house and giving orders to people while he was in jail. Starting to think the criminal culture penetrates black culture far more than most realize.
Criminal culture is criminal culture. Don't mistakenly associate this with all black people. Yes it goes back several generations. Whether parents are junkies, trying to be the cool parent or what, it's a dead end. Obviously. Literally.
Oh for sure, don't get me wrong, that's why I made the distinction and didn't just say criminal culture IS black culture. I have met black people way smarter than me, I have met black people way more talented than me at music. You will never convince me that any race is superior. White people who grow up part of the criminal culture are indistinguishable for the most part.
