Made a post a while back and moving out of Los Angeles because it's a shithole. Really interested in Dallas. Close to OK, so good bug out plan. Seems to have opportunity in the audio business there. If not, economy looks good enough so I could support it in another way.
What do you Pedes think? Dallas?
Lots of like minded folks outside of Dallas proper. Try the north suburbs or the cities between Ft. Worth and Dallas - Grand Prairie/Irving. Stay out of Arlington.
Las Colinas (Irving) is a major production hub.
I lived in Dallas for two years, I hated it. I lived in Rockwall which was actually pretty nice but the commute into Dallas sucked.
