Made a post a while back and moving out of Los Angeles because it's a shithole. Really interested in Dallas. Close to OK, so good bug out plan. Seems to have opportunity in the audio business there. If not, economy looks good enough so I could support it in another way.
What do you Pedes think? Dallas?
I lived in Dallas for two years, I hated it. I lived in Rockwall which was actually pretty nice but the commute into Dallas sucked.
