Create cutouts with cardboard or posterboard before hand of all the letters at the right size. Tape them together, and fold it up. When ready, hit the road, lay it out, paint over the top using a roller, remove the cutout and place in plastic bag(s) so you don't fuck up your car. With practice, you could probably do something like seen in the video in about 2 minutes.

Yes this 👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼Underground Artist Warfare at its finest. I suggest between 0300 and 0400. Graveyard cops are napping and most people with jobs aren’t on the road yet.

Can confirm, often have to leave for work before 6 (and before 5 in summer) and even in the busiest parts of NJ it's a ghost town.

arduino board. Set speed. Nozzles. Program. Pressurized paint system that easily fits under car. Red button.

Basically turn your car into a big MAGA inkjet printer head, but with road paint.

You've got me.

Punch in the speed, set cruise control, hit go.

Read the speed off the ODB port, and just MAGA as fast as you want until the paint runs out!

the board would open the nozzle on and off depending on the speed of the car.

4 or 5 nozzles but the pressure feeding them would need to adjusted for the speed too.

Its just a series of on off, code wise, but nozzles ans pressure would have to be calculated.

The piping system would need to be pressurized so... it couldn't be just pvc and definitely not regular paint unless it had quality connectors.

It needs quick dry paint, a pump system, a board that can be dialed to speed,.. phone dying here. Spitballing but totally possible

Wouldn’t it be easier to spray paint it? That way you’re not dealing with a roller and paint that would no doubt make a mess in your truck (no way you do this with a sedan).

Take forever. When was the last time you rattle canned anything? Shit will wear out your trigger fingers!

A little spray can, yes. But what about one of those pneumatic paint sprayer airbrush-like thingys (I think I have one in my garage somewhere)? You would need to bring an air compressor.

Professional airless electric sprayer. Did houses with one when I was young. Fast and heavy spray. Small generator will run it.

It’s gotta be some kind of quick drying stuff notice there’s no tire marks from when it was wet. Unless the highway was closed down for several hours...This is some kind of sorcery.

You have to go back.

For smaller-letters or the side of a building, yes, but not for something this size.

You can buy large rolls of 2mil plastic on amazon or hardware stores, which should help contain the mess and make it easier to load and unload. I'd recommend some disposable gloves as well.
