The speed of the vehicle would have to slow and likely industrial nozzles and thickish paint for super clean lines. If large enough it wouldn't matter (think 3 to 4 lanes of a highway but rhat would take more passes ans have to be precise) With more nozzles and entire sign could be painted while waiting at a traffic light.
