Biggest example from my state ::: Target Corporate gives leaders diversity bonuses if they hit their metrics! So messed up. Always a diverse candidate in the pool, and they almost always get position since the managers want that bonus money and to get HR off their back. White guys can only get hard-skills work, whereas many roles with soft skill focuses go exclusively to fat lesbians and anyone not white or Asian.
Target Corporate also heavily favors women. Some departments have only female managers. Lots of man-hating lesbians and liberals.
