If we have to bake cakes for gay weddings they have to let us talk about crime statistics on social media

This is the ultimate litmus test for any socialist / libertarianism system that requires fairness and self management.

1 - Go to a supermarket.

2 - Look at all the trolleys that people couldn't be bothered returning.

3 - Realise that people don't give a shit about making the system work for others.

I came to the conclusion in my twenties that libertarianism is just as much a utopia concept as communism.

Communism requires everyone to be obedient and work according to their ability and receive according to their need. This is directly in conflict with human behavior

Libertarianism requires not only a high level of morality but also a much higher average IQ. These are in conflict with reality.

That being said, our population is without a doubt becoming less intelligent due to socialism and government overreach (symptoms of globalism?) and we could do with less of both.

It may be private company, but it has public protections as a platform. Can't have both.

But it's not a private company. It's traded on the stock exchange, that makes a public company.

I've often argued that the CDA 230 laws that protect social media platforms are unconstitutional anyway.

The 1A states that congress cannot make laws that infringe on the 1A.

That would include laws created by congress for non-government entities.

Have you read section 230?

Read through section (c) - (2) - (A)

It outright states that it may remove your content whether or not it is constitutionally protected.

Since this is a part of this law, means that it's a law created by congress that infringes on the 1A.
