The third biggest expenditure in the Federal budget is state grants. If it reaches that far...oh boy...I'm telling ya, "grantees" is the spiciest part. That reaches far and wide. The Fed spends 500 billion a year on grants - and now, if I understand this correctly, not a dollar of it will go to anyone teaching critical race theory.
