  1. The courts will eventually rule in our favor, esp. after SCOTUS flip.
  2. HR lawyers are going to be bombarded with a whole new suite of lawsuits opening up to employees being forced into their race-based indoctrination programs. These programs are already suspect if not outright civil rights violations, protected by what were neoliberal courts.
  3. These people are literal eugenicists so if 1 and 2 don't apply 1776 does.
