Inherent value? Of course not. But monetary value? Unfortunately yes, per all the diversity and inclusion courses, seminars, training programs, workshops, conferences, etc, etc. and chief diversity officers, departments, etc Throughout what seems like every company and organization in the country. The demand was large and rapidly increasing/expanding. This just punched it right in the face.

I hope those Diversity Officers drain so much money from woke companies coffers and then they have to switch careers (take the red pill) that would be a beautiful end to racism. Why institutionalize studies and jobs so that they permanently look for shit?
