Here's a secret about the modern right wing. Our ultimate desire is to be left alone as much as possible, and we extend that courtesy to people willing to grant it.
Most of us have been pushed into politics in one form or another because of an intrusion from the left into our lives. For me it was having eggs and rocks thrown at me for refusing to participate in some made up college feminist holiday. Most of the people on this forum have a similar story of being bitten by the constantly shifting hydra of political correctness.
I'm guessing by "liberal" you mean pro-gay rights, or somewhat pro-choice or something. That's fine, but it's not what "liberal" means today.
I'm also guessing you think conservative means "against gay rights"? But that's not right either.
The real questions are: how big should government be, how high should taxes be, should we continue importing much more than we export, and so on. And, of course, should we adhere to the Constitution (yes, damn it!).
20 years ago, Trumps platform would have been almost identical to the espoused liberal platform. The democrats and republicans used to run on who could do a better job securing the border and keeping us out of war.
I was a Democrat for 6 years once I realized that Bush jr want going to end the wars. I think most of us here are basically liberal when it comes to “live and let live.”
I have two daughters aged 21 and 22, one of whom is caught up in the liberal ideology. I hope by the time she’s your age she’s sussed out exactly what’s what the way you have.

I don’t think stuff like blue hair is “leftist faggotry,” though. It’s just hair, nothing more. Turning it into a political statement is something the left would do.
Individualism. If you have blue hair because you love having blue hair, that's pretty awesome to me. If you have blue hair because you're stepping in line and joining the crowd or the group, then it's better to try to figure out what you love, then do that instead. At least, that's my take on it.
