You sound like you want to push your moral beliefs on others. Why do you care what others do with their lives and that future child? If you want to remove the public option you create a reality which will have more health issues due to illegal abortions. This is fact. You know banning abortions creates a society in which illegal abortions are prevalent. You also force your moral belief system on another free human. What makes you the imperial enforcer of whatever moral belief system you adhere to? You should understand humans are sexual by nature and if you choose to suppress your impulses because of your moral belief system that is fine. If you want to oppress others lifestyles. I.e. sexually active, promiscuous, now you're a moral fanatic oppressing others in a free society, having a negative effect on people's freedoms and situations. Finally, raising a child is extremely difficult and if someone decides for whatever reason that they do not want to face the consequences of their promiscuity then so be it. Safe 3 to 4 month professionally assisted abortions should be available to people. It may be amoral in your view. But your feelings on abortion is not looked down upon as badly by enough people in enough places. If your beliefs had the support it needed it would have the ability to change the law.

Medical science provides the option and again your moral belief system doesn't entitle you to oppress others. It's really that simple.
Feel free to gain the support you need to ban abortions in society then force society to pay for the consequences of your oppression both the health factors for the mother and the life of an unwanted child. Makes sense. You'll likely never have the support you need anyways.
Since you're not arguing that it shouldn't be illegal and that you couldn't care less about other people's prerogatives then we are in agreement that abortion is legally acceptable in society and people are free to choose to live however they want. Very good.

If your child is unwanted, the sex must be unwanted. Abortions are murder. You need to carefully consider when and with who you choose to have sex.
Claiming the child is unwanted then the sex must be unwanted as well is false. Just because someone wants to have sex with another person does not mean they want a kid. Just because you feel the need to take every pregnancy you are involved in doesn't give you the right to make everyone else. It's a pretty simple concept.
Abortion may or may not be murder. Societal laws don't agree with you, though. It's currently not murder. Gather the support you need to make it illegal and change society.

For me, it's because I fervently believe that ALL human life is sacred. It's not about somehow taking away the "rights of the pregnant woman", but about fiercely protecting the life of her living child.
Protect it and raise it then, bud. If that child isn't wanted by either parent then the pregnancy shouldn't be taken to term.

Listen, u/RightIsMight, I agree with you that horrible things are out here. And I agree that, should a woman be raped, it's an awful tragedy. No one should have to endure that. It's not her fault.

Then those women live and struggle thru that guilt. Consequences of choices and all that.
