What happens when tons of people go back to school and their degree is basically cancelled? I guess this only extends to specific trainings at this point, but I wonder the far reaching implications. You would be surprised how many companies have contracts with the government for something. Look at Microsoft with their DoD contract that Amazon is complaining about saying it should be their contract. A lot of Big Corps have some kinda contract with the gov for something. If any of these companies don't stop than they will lose a guaranteed chunk of change from the gov.

They are state employees and if the state receives federal funds for education then yes, this should cover that as well.
