You would be surprised how many companies have contracts with the government for something. Look at Microsoft with their DoD contract that Amazon is complaining about saying it should be their contract. A lot of Big Corps have some kinda contract with the gov for something. If any of these companies don't stop than they will lose a guaranteed chunk of change from the gov.
