This is by FAR the biggest thing the Trump CRT EO does. Can you imagine the REEEEEEEEEs when CRT is effectively banned in every company in the country lest they face a lawsuit??

And I love the rationale! It's creating a hostile work environment by teaching all employees that whites are inherently racist. Should've been done years ago.

Does this mean that employees can sue employers for a hostile workplace in the past? Maybe if they were discriminated against in promotions? Seems like this is going to run up against all the diversity quotas that now exist.
